Final Building Inspection & Certificate of Occupancy Local Building Inspector ensures all code requirements have been met. Certificate of Occupancy is issued.
Third Party Inspections - Ameri-spec & HERS Your home gets another set of eyes by Ameri-spec and the HERS rating.
New Home Orientation (1 week before closing) It's time to meet! We teach you how to operate and maintain your new home.
Homeowner Acceptance Walk/Closing Orientation And we're meeting again to make sure your Cates Building home is ready for move-in.
Settlement & Closing It's time to sign your final documents and close on your loan. You now own your home!
Keys & Move-In Finally! All documents are recorded and you now have your keys to your new Cates Building home.
