Meet Machell, Cates Building Design Studio Manager. Machell is a graduate of Methodist University and has 10 years of experience in Design. Machell’s expertise and keen eye for classic design help clients select the choices that reflect their own personal style in the home of their dreams. In her spare time Machell enjoys spending time with her family, going on trips, and playing golf.

Meet Ashley, Design Studio Selection Coordinator for Cates Building! Ashley is a Fayetteville native, and a graduate of Methodist University and East Carolina University. She is passionate about timeless design, as well using trends and color to create a story. Ashley loves to help every client select choices that reflect their vision in their dream home, as well as having fun along the way! Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband, two dogs and family, traveling, attending baseball games and supporting the arts.

Studio Selections

Visit the Cates Building in-house Design Studio and find everything you need to give your new home a style all its own. Please remember that you must schedule your appointment within 5 days of signing your agreement. If you wait longer than this time you may miss out on making important design choices. Most appointments take approximately 2 hours.
