The Cambridge is a 2,432 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It’s one and a half stories and it comes with a 2 car garage but has the option to add another, to total 3 cars.

When You Walk In…
When you walk into the Cambridge home plan you’ll step into a foyer with the stairs leading to the extra story to your left. To your right, there are 2 bedrooms, one slightly bigger than the other, that both have walk-in closets. Continuing down the foyer the house opens up into a large shared space between the great room, and kitchen, and dining room. The dining room has a fireplace and has two windows overlooking the covered porch and the backyard.
The kitchen has an island in the center, plenty of cabinet space, and is attached to the dining room. Also in the dining room is a door that leads outside to the covered porch. The master bedroom is on the downstairs floor and has a his/her vanity sink, shower & bath, and a large walk-in closet. The top floor has a bonus room, it’s own bedroom and a bathroom.
